Job Description

We are seeking a Network Support Professional to join our team. As a Network Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients via phone, email, and remote desktop applications.

This is a long-term opportunity with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You must be authorized to work in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have help desk support experience, familiarity with network protocols, software, and hardware troubleshooting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a results-driven individual with a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.
