About the Position:
The Manager of Investor Relations will play a crucial role in the daily oversight of SpringWorks' investor engagement and market interaction activities. This individual will be tasked with crafting communications for our shareholders and conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses on the Company's market performance, shareholder dynamics, peer company trends, and competitive intelligence.
This role will report to the Head of Investor Relations and collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to establish and implement best practices for our investor relations program. It is a prominent position, both externally and internally, requiring strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities. The candidate must be adept at working collaboratively across various functions and engaging with senior leadership.

Location Classification – Hybrid:
This role necessitates onsite work for two days each week, or more as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Investor Relations to cultivate relationships with investors and analysts.
- Prepare investor relations materials, including reports, presentations, and Q&As, as well as deliverables for quarterly earnings, regulatory filings, and investor meetings and events.
- Compile and review internal investor relations reports for the leadership team and Board, analyzing recent trading data, performance against peers, analyst recommendations, target prices, and other market trends.
- Analyze and present consensus data to ensure accurate representation of analysts' research and models.
- Maintain databases for investors and meetings, contributing to the evaluation of SpringWorks' shareholder base and corresponding investor targeting efforts.
- Coordinate logistics for the annual schedule of conferences, non-deal roadshows, and all other investor-focused events.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with external vendors.
- Work cross-functionally with Strategy and Business Development, Communications, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and R&D teams to support investor relations activities.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in business, economics, life sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical and/or financial services sector, focusing on investor relations, finance, equity research, or investment banking.
- Comprehensive understanding of the biotech industry and its dynamics.
- Knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, valuation methods, and financial reporting standards.
- Resourceful and innovative; capable of contributing fresh ideas and ensuring that events, meetings, and documents convey the intended messaging.
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling abilities (MS Excel).
- Proficient in creating engaging presentation materials for both external and internal audiences (MS PowerPoint).
- Commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing timelines and priorities and influencing diverse project activities.
- Maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment in complex situations, and adapt to evolving business needs by prioritizing multiple tasks.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 – $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
