**Job Summary**
Benelux Tek Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and certified Heavy Structures Technician to join its team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, overhauling, and modifying commercial aircraft accessory components and component piece parts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accomplish assigned repair, overhaul, and/or modification tasks, including assembly, disassembly, inspection, and functional testing, while utilizing current approved technical data and component maintenance manuals.
- Provide necessary support to aid engineering during the development of repair work scope, tooling, and test fixture design.
- Order parts and materials required for specific jobs assigned, utilizing current parts procurement systems.
- Maintain current and up-to-date work orders, shop travelers, and/or work documents, including all pertinent paperwork related to work accomplished.
- Adhere to and uphold company standards for production performance, housekeeping, and professionalism, including demonstrating and employing a positive and proactive approach to 5S and LEAN philosophies.
- Confer with supervisors to resolve questions or problems and maintain an acceptable attendance record.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Airframe and Powerplant license highly preferred.
- 2 years of related commercial/military aircraft experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
