Job Description
This role is part of a dynamic group that drives change and innovation. As a Product Experience Lead, you will shape product design strategy for optimal user experience, focusing on customer needs, creative problem-solving, and data-driven analysis. You will leverage technical skills to drive innovation and collaborate with research to understand customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends to inform design decisions.
- Generate innovative solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Craft user-centric experiences through usability testing.
- Use data to establish key metrics and iterate research methods.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the tech stack.
- Identify problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively within and across teams.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of customer-centric design principles.
- Proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design software such as Axure, Sketch, and Invision.
- Effective analysis of market trends and user data.
- Good understanding of the organization's tech stack and platforms.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
