Position Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in the creation, oversight, and evaluation of financial data throughout Pinnacle. Your collaboration will span various departments, including Leadership, Operations, Sales, Board of Directors, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, structure, analyze, and present data organization-wide, offering actionable insights aimed at optimizing company operations. This may encompass cost reduction strategies, enhancing operational efficiencies, revenue growth initiatives, or cash flow improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, models, and analytical tools that effectively visualize financial data.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
  • Manage all data sources, ensuring the development, centralization, quality, and strategic direction of data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead the monthly financial reporting cycle, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assess potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support strategic growth.
  • Work closely with Business Development leaders to maintain accurate data in the Customer Strategy Manager platform.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project data integrity within the ERP system.
  • Analyze data from CSM and ERP systems, generating regular reports that highlight team performance metrics.
  • Identify performance risks and gaps based on data analysis.
  • Provide insights to the President, CEO, and COO regarding team and project performance based on relevant data.
  • Ensure accessibility of the system for Partners, Managers, and Leads to monitor project and financial performance metrics.
Accountabilities
  • Ownership and management of data infrastructure.
  • Data analysis and insights that drive organizational actions.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficient in data management.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and GAAP standards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach and ability to work efficiently and creatively.
  • Capability to prioritize objectives while managing daily tasks.
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills with leadership across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Mathematics.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, including Workday.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
