Job Summary

The Senior Property Finance Analyst is a key member of our finance team, responsible for overseeing escrow for CFT real estate transactions, including post-closing reimbursements from/to tenants. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee escrow for CFT real estate transactions, including post-closing reimbursements from/to tenants.
  • Review and analyze loan documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Arrange and oversee short-term financing as needed, including preparation of advance and payoff requests.
  • Serve as mentor to less experienced team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Lead the implementation of new functions in the Yardi system, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist in overseeing cash management, including maintaining intercompany loans and transfers, interest rates, and interest calculations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of related experience, with a strong background in finance and real estate.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
