CASHIER (FULL & PART-TIME)

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals for multiple cashier roles within our healthcare food service operations. These positions are essential for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transaction processes.

Location: Ballad Health Johnson City Medical Center

Work Schedule: Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with varying shifts including evenings and late-night hours. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications: Previous cashier experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Compensation: Competitive pay rate ranging from $10 to $12 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional Information: All applicants must complete a background check as part of the hiring process. Note that nicotine testing is not a requirement.

Incentives:

  • Sign-on bonus of $200, distributed in two payments after 30 and 90 days of continuous employment.
