  • Assist clinical staff with patient management, including monitoring and restraint as necessary.
  • Control access to facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted entry.
  • Document incidents and safety hazards, reporting them to the appropriate channels.
  • Provide assistance and information to patients and visitors, enhancing their experience within our facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred; background in private security, law enforcement, or military service is advantageous.

Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential for this role.

Work Schedule: This position requires commitment to night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
