Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with case managers to coordinate services.
- Participate in staff meetings to provide clinical insights and feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical activities in compliance with policies.
- Offer crisis intervention and guidance to youth and foster families.
- Provide community-based counseling to youth in need.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field with clinical experience.
- Licensure to provide clinical services in Michigan or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with refugee or immigrant populations is preferred.
- Minimum of two years in child welfare or case management is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

- Availability for 24-hour client support as needed.
