Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with case managers to coordinate services.
  • Participate in staff meetings to provide clinical insights and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical activities in compliance with policies.
  • Offer crisis intervention and guidance to youth and foster families.
  • Provide community-based counseling to youth in need.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field with clinical experience.
  • Licensure to provide clinical services in Michigan or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with refugee or immigrant populations is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years in child welfare or case management is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
