Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Cardiac Unit at Emory Healthcare. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to complex medical patients and those with cardiac issues, primarily heart failure.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients on telemetry and provide care to those with cardiac issues
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education to patients and families on heart failure and cardiac care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
