We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Baptist Memorial Hospital North Mississippi. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Plan of Care: Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Implementation: Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and their families.
- Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of care and make adjustments as needed.
- Licensure, Registration, Certification: Minimum: RN; BLS Certification within 14 days of hire
- Special Skills: Computer literacy
