About the Role:

The Customer Experience Representative will serve as a key brand ambassador and first point of contact for all employees, visitors, vendors, guests, and customers. This individual will provide energetic and friendly assistance to ensure that each visitor has a positive experience consistent with the Cirrus Aircraft lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer requests
  • Assist with customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
