Pest Control Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Specialist to join our team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, and education benefits, starting from day one of employment.

Job Summary:

This Pest Control Specialist will be responsible for providing quality services and identifying solutions to pest problems for commercial customers in the hospitality industry and other businesses. The successful candidate will establish effective working relationships with customers, keep up-to-date with Ecolab's product offerings and industry conditions, and use handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of work experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds chest-high. Previous customer service experience and pest elimination industry or route experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality services and identify solutions to pest problems for commercial customers

- Keep up-to-date with Ecolab's product offerings and industry conditions
- Use handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues

Benefits:
