Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of utility-scale solar power plants, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner, utilizing technical expertise and knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of the plants.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
  • 3+ years' experience in solar power plant operations and maintenance, with a strong background in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform necessary physical activity, including lifting up to 80 Lbs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Inverter Specialist or Solar Technician certification
  • Knowledge of renewable energy peculiarities and expertise in DC array technology
  • Ability to perform basic electrical calculations and read electrical schematics
Location

Multiple locations across the United States, including AL, FL, IL, MO, MS, NM, TN, and TX.
