Job Title: Offsite Construction Detailer

Job Summary:

The Offsite Construction Detailer will play a crucial role in supporting the prefabrication coordination process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of electrical systems. This position requires strong collaboration with Dynalectric Management, Field, and vendors to integrate technical solutions and enhance prefabrication operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical Project Detailing: Work with the Prefabrication team to detail project electrical systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering value-added prefabrication services.
  • Standardization and Alignment: Create and modify detailed construction drawings for Prefabrication, collaborating with the Director of Offsite Construction, Superintendent/Foreman, and vendors to follow standards, schedules, and best practices.
  • Workflow Management: Manage workflow on projects as assigned, performing other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Current Journeyman electrical license
  • Minimum 10 years of field experience in the electrical trade
  • Extensive knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and materials
  • Experience with construction project lifecycle processes
  • Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet
Working Conditions:

Travel required for on-site support. Typical working hours may vary, with occasional extended hours and weekend work.

The physical demands of this role include occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
