We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Coordinator to join our team at Electrical Source. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with estimating, including quantity take-offs, subcontractor list management, and research on various systems and products.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and apply unit pricing for material and labor to establish a value for the work.
  • Ensure that the estimating process runs smoothly and efficiently, and client expectations are exceeded throughout the duration of the project(s).
  • Prepare qualifications and assumptions for the estimate.
  • Prepare cost comparisons/reconcile with previous estimates.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Strong preference given for students studying Civil Engineering or a Construction-related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to handle various responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.
