Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Engineer 2 to join our team at Siemens Industry Software GmbH. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers in the Philadelphia area.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners, at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and peers, as well as perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
- Travel to assigned geography to provide service and support to customers, with willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification.
- Collaborate with regional service managers and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong electronics and computer skills, with experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
- 5 years of field service experience, with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
