- Evaluate system performance regularly and propose enhancements to optimize business workflows and ensure ongoing maintenance.
- Collect, document, and assess business needs from key stakeholders, aiding in the formulation of project timelines and plans for effective implementation.
- Lead both internal and external teams through the various phases of EPICOR implementation, including assessment, testing, and system optimization.
- Configure, validate, and execute modifications to the EPICOR system.
- Diagnose and resolve EPICOR-related challenges.
- Deliver continuous support and training to EPICOR end-users.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and rectify user experience and performance issues.
- Conduct thorough analysis of applications to identify errors; document and adjust programs to resolve issues; address underlying problems.
- Generate or obtain test data and perform tests to verify program logic accuracy; debug and modify programs based on testing outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with the IT department, Level 2 support, and EPICOR support teams to address any EPICOR inquiries or issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support to ensure timely responses and maximize system uptime for users.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the EPICOR system and provide training to key personnel.
- Familiarity with EPICOR software.
- Relevant training or educational background.
- A minimum of three years of ERP-related project or operational experience in areas such as supply chain, production, warehouse management, human resources, or finance (with experience in at least three modules).
- Experience with large-scale software systems.
- Strong multitasking abilities and experience working under pressure.
- Ability to articulate and comprehend technical issues with stakeholders.
- Proficient in root cause analysis.
- SQL and reporting capabilities.
- Basic infrastructure knowledge, including networking, servers, and databases.
- Proficient in English communication.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with three years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
