Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Registered Nursing (RN) license
  • A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in an acute care environment
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in acute, subacute, or home healthcare
  • Certification in Case Management
  • Bilingual capabilities
