Staff Physical Therapist Per Diem Outpatient Vestibular Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient Vestibular setting on a per diem basis. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for evaluating physical therapy needs and implementing comprehensive, medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to assigned patients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in clinical education and training of students and other healthcare professionals.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field (preferred).
- New York State Physical Therapy License or temporary permit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) or Heartsaver CPR/AED certification.
