Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential coordination support to the HVAC Installation Department.
  • Schedule and manage HVAC installation projects, ensuring effective communication with customers.
  • Order necessary equipment and supplies for HVAC installation tasks.
  • Maintain regular communication with technicians to guarantee they have the required materials for job completion.
  • Coordinate deliveries and prepare jobs as needed.

Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday or Wednesday – Sunday (In-Person Coordination)

Requirements:
  • Experience in warehouse or administrative roles is essential.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs and operate lifting equipment.
  • Previous experience in HVAC installation, preferably in residential settings.
  • Familiarity with service management software.

Qualifications:
What YOU will bring:
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC experience; management experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide and develop a team of technicians.
  • Technical expertise in diagnostics for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Ability to train technicians on proper diagnostic techniques across various equipment types.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Capability to handle heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:
What YOU will do:
  • Oversee daily operations of a high-volume service department, managing HVAC service technicians and support staff.
  • Assess workload and schedule service tasks to optimize technician efficiency.
  • Recruit, lead, and train a team of technicians in both technical and sales competencies.
  • Educate the team on sales techniques and innovative practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, office personnel, sales teams, and field staff.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
  • Accurately document all service calls and jobs according to company standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and products in the HVAC industry.
