Opportunity Overview

This position is crucial for executing top-notch installations of our advanced solutions across the country, ensuring outstanding service for our Fleet clientele. The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation and demonstrate a readiness to travel and engage with clients on-site frequently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed installation quality benchmarks
  • Guide and mentor external installation teams
  • Ensure teams are updated on current operational procedures
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a technical authority for all MCF offerings
  • Continuously improve product expertise and technical skills
  • Assist in eLearning initiatives
  • Provide technical assistance to partner technicians

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive service
  • Expertise in 12 Volt electrical systems
  • Familiarity with AVL GPS/Fleet Telemetric Systems
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Experience in conflict resolution and escalation management
  • Valid driver's license required

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Understanding of vehicle electrical communication systems
  • Certifications such as ASE and MECP are advantageous
  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors is preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation and proficiency in MS Office
