Strategic Workplace Experience Leader

At CBRE, we are committed to providing world-class customer service to our clients and visitors. As a Strategic Workplace Experience Leader, you will play a key role in managing employees who oversee the delivery of workplace experience services.
About the RoleThis position is part of the Workplace Experience function, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to building occupants and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Tenant Experience and General Management
- Embody and display both CBRE and Landlord values and service principles in all interactions with occupiers, guests, and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their experiences are personalized and productive.
- Confidently communicate and resolve issues with all building stakeholders.
- Greet and assist all in a friendly and welcoming manner according to our proprietary arrival standards.
- Treat vendors and 3rd parties as partners, making their success our priority.
- Identify and execute key hospitality processes and operations that support occupiers, guests, and building teams.
- Model and deliver on new hospitality standards related to products and services.
- Deliver on team and occupier Surprise & Delight monthly standards.
- Ensure digital and physical communications methods are up to date and functioning correctly.
- Establish clear systems and procedures for success in your absence.
- Oversee the ordering, restocking, receiving, and inventory of amenity supplies.
- Maintain clean and organized supply closets.
- Run daily walkthroughs, analyzing data to understand opportunities for improvement.
Your secondary responsibilities will include:
- Sales, Marketing, and Management
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals for conferencing and event centers by managing inbound sales and proactively building strategy for outbound sales.
- Support, manage, and coordinate conferencing leads and bookings.
- Conduct property site tours, managing room flips, and checking in bookings daily.
- Ensure all occupier and guest-facing collateral and communications meet operating and hospitality brand standards.
- Maintain day-to-day operations of meeting rooms/tenant lounges and other bookable space.
- Uphold health and safety standards, respond to inquiries within established response times, and conduct standing building meetings.
- Maintain current databases of recurring vendors for ancillary event needs.
- Evaluate digital booking methods and ensure they are up to date and functioning correctly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
