Job Title: Full-Time Telehealth Psychologist in PSYPACT State

PWM is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide telehealth services to veterans in Washington state. As a remote psychologist, you will work with a fully remote and flexible caseload schedule, full administrative support, and automated claims submissions.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete 25 billable direct-service hours per week, remotely.
  • Provide evidenced-based practices to treat mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and trauma.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients throughout the course of treatment.
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.
  • Meet with clients on a routine, weekly cadence in accordance with the authorization or renewal.
  • Maintain scheduling, rescheduling, and on-going communication with clients with the support of the administrative team.
  • Report monthly progress summaries to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) to document all clients progress (including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries) in a timely, organized manner.
  • Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality as determined by State regulations.
  • Conduct audit reviews.
  • Must have strong computer skills to navigate, troubleshoot, and manage cases in EHR.
Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology based on a doctoral level degree in at least one PSYPACT participating state.
  • Authority to practice telepsychology under the PSYPACT requirements.
  • Experience working with veterans and the VHA.
  • Able to utilize one or more evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR).
  • Fully knowledgeable of DSM-5.
  • Knowledgeable in EHR settings to provide clients with basic troubleshooting assistance as necessary.
  • Access to a consistent and secure, private location with reliable internet connectivity.
