About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to deliver comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
  • Perform thorough health assessments, diagnose, and treat complex illnesses, and provide therapeutic interventions as needed.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and evidence-based standards of practice to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Accurately document patient encounters and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Identify and proactively solve problems to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in acute care settings.
  • Graduate of an accredited institution with an advanced degree.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Nationally board certified.
  • Current BLS certification, ACLS certification preferred.
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily.
