Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at The Laurels of Mt. Vernon, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills and become a leader in our facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the care and services provided by our team members to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our residents.
- Assess the health of our residents and notify the physician of any changes in status.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on resident assessments.
- Contribute to resident assessments and the development of care plans.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current LPN license.
- CPR certification or acceptable exemption required.
