We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at The Laurels of Mt. Vernon, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills and become a leader in our healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and Coordinate Care
As an LPN, you will supervise the care and services provided by our team members, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care.
Provide Medication-Related InterventionsYou will provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
Assess and Develop Care PlansYou will assess the health of our residents and develop care plans to meet their unique needs.
Implement Nursing InterventionsYou will implement nursing interventions to stabilize the condition of our residents and prevent complications.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Long-Term Care
We prefer candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
Current LPN LicenseYou must have a current LPN license to be considered for this role.
CPR CertificationCPR certification is required for this position.
