  • Develop and sustain testing setups and equipment, which involves selecting and procuring suitable testing apparatus, as well as designing and constructing test fixtures and configurations.
  • Document test findings and provide constructive feedback to design engineers regarding the performance and reliability of ICs.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to confirm that ICs fulfill product specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Support product development initiatives by contributing insights on testing strategies and plans.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations within the laboratory environment.
  • Manage logistics for shipping samples, demo boards, and devices as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, accompanied by an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in analog/mixed-signal IC testing and design.
  • Familiarity with standard analog/mixed-signal testing instruments, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power supplies.
  • Experience with IC testing methodologies and procedures, including the development and execution of test plans, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend circuit schematics and datasheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with PCB design and layout tools is advantageous.
