About the Role

Allied Universal is seeking a highly skilled Security Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day security operations of assigned client sites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in security management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift managers
  • Ensure client sites receive high-quality security services to protect people and property
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
  • Coordinate necessary support services to meet or exceed financial and operational goals

Requirements

  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience
  • At least 2 years of business management or operations/supervisory experience
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
  • Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $77,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
