Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transportation for crew members to and from airports, hotels, and local stores.
  • Purchase necessary products and materials from local stores, including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Guitar Center.
  • Facilitate crew meal orders with local restaurants.
  • Coordinate laundry pickups with approved vendors.
  • Perform cash reconciliation and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Good driving record and fully insured with an active Driver's License.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Personal vehicle not required, but strongly encouraged.
  • Highly flexible and able to work long hours.
  • Knowledge of surrounding areas, including restaurants and local stores.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, extremely responsible, and positive attitude.
  • Background check required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • High school diploma or GED and four-year degree in telecommunications-related field preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form in English.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, subject to legally valid exemptions.
Working Environment:

Fast-paced and often loud and stressful working environment. Requires extended periods of prolonged standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and working on your feet. Tolerance of loud noise level in working environment. Able to wear a radio earpiece during scheduled shift.
