Quality Manager Opportunity in Electronics Manufacturing

NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturing company to find a Quality Manager located in the DFW Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the power supply or EMS industry, with a strong background in FATP quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality initiatives and manage quality teams to ensure products meet or exceed internal and customer standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, including ISO9001/ISO14001 standards and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Manage and analyze quality metrics, including Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance quality skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a quality management role.
  • Experience with FATP quality management and familiarity with PCBA processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management tools and techniques.
  • Experience managing teams of 300+ staff in a factory setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with companies like Jabil, Flex, Foxconn, or Samina.
  • Experience in handling large-scale customer complaints and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced certifications in quality management or a related field.
