We are leaders in each of our respective service lines, including Vapor Control, Chemical Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, Water Treatment, Vacuum Services, Hydroblasting, Hydroexcavation, and Industrial Logistics & Transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts job safety observations and audits, and enters data into our safety management system.
  • Leads daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly safety meetings, and enters data into our safety management system.
  • Provides in-field training, participates in special training meetings, annual review training, and periodic safety training updates.
  • Investigates and resolves near misses and accidents in our safety management system.
  • Ensures all training, medical, driver, and DOT employee records are current according to corporate guidelines.
  • Assists in the timely completion and reporting of quarterly hose testing to the branch and corporate safety offices.
  • Consults with account managers and field supervisors on safe work practices.
  • Maintains SDSs for chemicals used at assigned locations.
  • Works plant turnaround and shutdown schedules as required by branch management.
  • Participates in plant contractor safety meetings and audits.
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with plant safety and operational personnel.
  • Collaborates with key clients' organizations to understand their policies and rules, and provides input to their policy development.
  • Works flexible hours during periods of increased work activity.
  • Takes calls after hours in case of emergency or immediate customer need.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or 3 years of experience and a safety certification.
  • 5 years of industrial experience in Industrial Cleaning, Chemical, Refining, Paper, or Power industry.
  • Basic understanding of Federal, State, and Local OSHA & DOT rules and regulations.
  • Pass medical exam and drug test.
  • Able to climb towers, ladders, and stairs as needed.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
