Skanska is seeking a skilled Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integration of environmental health and safety services into our business practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective EHS strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
  • Provide guidance and support to EHS staff, superintendents, project managers, and area/ regional EHS directors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor EHS performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain EHS training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a safety role with a focus on environmental health and safety.
  • OSHA 30 certification and proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Safety Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
