Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of food industry trends, with an emphasis on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and presentation.
  • Ability to create and distribute production sheets efficiently.
  • Leadership and coaching skills to train and develop kitchen staff.
  • ServSafe or Department of Health Certification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
