Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to specialize in design engineering or project management.

Core Responsibilities
  • Estimate and quote for projects
  • Complete takeoffs and prepare summary of costs
  • Draft proposal letters and design documents
  • Complete load calculations and specify equipment
  • Prepare T24 documentation and develop permit drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Provide project management support and coordinate with field personnel
  • Perform job site visits and review submittal packages
  • Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure compliance with company standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with a concentration in HVAC/R
  • 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software
  • E.I.T. certification and P.E. license are a plus

  • Salary is based on experience and qualifications, with a range of $110,000 to $120,000 per year
