About the Role
This is a Full-time position that requires a high level of skill and expertise in nursing care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital setting and possess a strong understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care and supervise other healthcare staff as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in patient and family education programs
Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree required; BSN preferred
- Experience: At least some experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Licensure/Credentials: Current Washington State RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
