Job Summary

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Streamline office processes, manage tasks, and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Handle payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely property tax payments.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, screening calls and guiding callers to the right person with efficiency and charm.
  • Financial Oversight: Make daily bank deposits, maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience with Appfolio and Paychex, along with a background in accounting, is required.
  • Attention to Detail: Your attention to detail is unmatched; you're meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive Attitude: You're not just meeting expectations but exceeding them, creating positive experiences through your proactive nature.
Position Details

This is an on-site, part-time position.
