Allegro Management Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the physical aspects of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the community is always covered in the event of an emergency.
  • Participate in preventative and routine maintenance programs to ensure mechanical equipment, building structures, and grounds are properly maintained.
  • Conduct routine physical inspections to ensure the safe operation of all mechanical equipment.
  • Maintain online work order systems and delegate work orders to staff efficiently.
  • Follow OSHA and company guidelines for lock down and tag out procedures, as well as safe working procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of one year of maintenance-related experience, including working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
  • Independent worker with effective communication skills, able to multi-task and be organized.
  • Positive Criminal Background Screening.
