Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to become a vital part of our call center team. This full-time role entails a commitment of 40 hours per week, where you will engage with customers through incoming calls, delivering exceptional and confidential service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
- Accurately process a diverse range of banking transactions.
- Offer tailored product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of various banking functions.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in banking, with previous experience in banking or call center environments being advantageous. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success.
Work Schedule:
The standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
