Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Auburn, WA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive outside sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy that aligns with our company's growth objectives.
  • Engage in prospecting activities such as networking, researching, and initiating contact with potential clients.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, from profiling accounts and crafting proposals to delivering compelling sales presentations and following up effectively.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to address client needs, negotiate deals, and close sales with confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and a perfect match with our talent pool.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and current client information.
  • Continuously invest in your professional growth by staying ahead of industry trends, sales techniques, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceed performance metrics, including prospecting activity, sales quotas, and gross profit targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business development experience.
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on business development or sales.
  • Proficient in consultative, solutions-based selling.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
