Job Title: Contract Claims Attorney - Litigation Specialist

Location: Remote (must live within 50 miles of Portland, Oregon)

Pay Details: $30-$32/hr.

Employment Type: Contract - 9 months

Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Contract Claims Attorney - Litigation Specialist to join our client's project team in Portland, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze claim documents to identify key issues and develop strategies for resolution
  • Prepare detailed responses to written inquiries from claimants and counsel, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Field telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel, providing clear and concise information
  • Receive training, direction, and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Litigation experience, preferably in class action and/or mass tort matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
