About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding sales leadership role that requires a strong background in sales management, business development, and team leadership. As a District Sales Manager at Tradesmen International, Inc., you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by managing one or more field offices and their assigned Account Executive sales employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals through effective leadership and management of assigned Account Executives.
  • Market Development: Manage and develop remote markets by implementing and sharing best sales practices that optimize revenue growth.
  • Recruiting and Talent Development: Partner effectively with internal recruiting organization and support internal processes to recruit craftworkers in support of client needs.
  • Office Management: Create and maintain a productive and positive office environment and culture for the team.
  • Accountability: Ensure office team is accountable to company policies and procedures.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales with active clients, new clients, inactive clients, and prospects, through the demonstration and reinforcement of the Tradesmen sales process with Account Executives.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure superior service levels to clients; analyzing information regarding client satisfaction, modifying processes and counseling employees to ensure high levels of client service.
  • Recruiting and Retention: Build a quality workforce by overseeing the retention of quality field employees.
  • Safety Culture: Create and enforce a safety culture within the office that reinforces safety as our core value.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial and other data reports.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
