Job Description

Renesas is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staff Applications Marketing Specialist to drive application marketing for our Industrial solutions.

This is a fully remote position that requires a strong communicator to work with cross-functional teams and identify key customers, build collateral, and manage feedback to shape next-generation hardware and software solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive specific end applications and identify key customers globally.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and develop marketing collateral and pitch packs for target application segments.
  • Engage with key customers to drive solution wins and collect customer feedback to shape next-generation solution spec requirements.
  • Work to evangelize our solutions and take them to the masses.
  • Drive the development requirements to win within target applications and influence our roadmap.
  • Prepare and present quarterly insights to showcase solution development, customer traction, and global performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience working in the semiconductor industry or technology field.
  • Knowledge and insight of the Industrial market.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a drive to win.
  • Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience driving and engaging with customers, Sales, FAEs, and BU stakeholders and leaders.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.

What We Offer

The expected annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. We offer a full range of elective benefits, including medical, health savings account, dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, and pet insurance.

We also offer company-paid life insurance and AD&D, LTD, short-term medical benefits, paid sick time, paid holidays, and accrued paid vacation. New employees will attend a detailed benefit orientation to learn more about our many benefits and resources.
