  • Oversee and manage electrical projects of moderate to significant scale.

  • Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.
  • Participate in jobsite meetings as necessary.
  • Address and negotiate project issues, proactively communicating risks to clients and the project team.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and manage project performance.
  • Collaborate with project Superintendent and Foreman to streamline workflow.
  • Facilitate internal and client project meetings, including planning and progress updates.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and trade partners.
  • Guide project management support staff effectively.
  • Manage project deliverables from initiation to completion.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Encourage new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing various aspects of electrical projects, including those exceeding $1 million.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Bluebeam, Spectrum, and McCormick Systems.
  • Possess a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work extended hours when necessary.
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Field experience is a plus.
