Position Overview:
This opportunity is for a skilled BAS/HVAC Controls Specialist with a focus on providing advanced building management solutions. The role involves working with both new installations and upgrades in critical environments such as healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC control systems.
  • Develop and implement automation programs tailored to client needs.
  • Commission new control systems and ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of site activities and system configurations.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation or HVAC controls.
  • Proficiency in BACnet and Modbus systems integration.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Automated Logic, Trane, Honeywell, or Distech.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara N4.
  • Knowledge of BAS programming.
  • Background in critical facilities, including healthcare and data centers.
