Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Server is to cater to the dining needs of club members and guests in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to the high standards set by our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The essential duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Taking, preparing, and delivering food and beverage orders to patrons.
  2. Accurately entering orders into the system, verifying details, and processing payments.
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  4. Assisting in food preparation as needed.
  5. Ensuring that the server station and bar area are well-stocked and tidy.
  6. Completing Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and following related policies.
  7. Upholding a professional appearance and adhering to the club's dress code.
  8. Demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  9. Completing additional tasks as directed by management.
  10. Maintaining regular and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  1. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Effective verbal communication skills.
  3. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  4. A valid food handler's permit or certification.

Experience and Education

Preferred qualifications include:

  1. Prior experience in the food service industry.
  2. Certification as a Food Handler or equivalent.
  3. Completion of Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training.

Physical Requirements

The role may require:

  • Visual and auditory capabilities for communication and task execution.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing over 25 pounds.
