IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team at Kern Regional Center. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating community-based services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions to support our mission
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless integration of technology with our services
• Provide technical support and training to our staff
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting
• Strong technical skills, including hardware, software, and network administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
