Preferred Qualifications

  • College education in business or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory management and control.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Working Conditions

The General Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical activity. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
