About This Opportunity

The University of New Mexico Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Float Pool team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective patient care, prioritizing patient needs and responding to emergencies
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and cultural backgrounds
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to hospital standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid RN license in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement state
  • 1 year directly related experience, preferably in critical care
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification, obtained within 30 days
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
