TPA Governance and Oversight Specialist

At Janus Henderson, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a TPA Governance and Oversight Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our Third Party Administrators (TPAs) meet the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate TPA performance against service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain effective governance and oversight frameworks to ensure TPA compliance with regulatory requirements and Janus Henderson's policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with TPA relationships
  • Provide guidance and support to TPAs on service delivery and quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct regular site visits and risk assessments to ensure TPA compliance with regulatory requirements and Janus Henderson's policies
  • Manage and escalate service issues with TPAs, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on client relationships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including fund managers, operations teams, and other business units
  • Produce and present regular governance and oversight reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations

Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in presenting to senior management and other stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in investment operations and fund administration
  • Understanding of outsourcing within technology
  • Strong background in controls and problem-solving
